Large server migration

bgp.tools Spent a large amount of August preparing and moving into a new server colocation environment. This new setup allows bgp.tools to keep expanding more sustainability.

Post migration bgp.tools now has 2.75TB of RAM to work with for processing BGP data!

Small stuff

  1. Custom Looking glass pages now have better error handling
  2. Session down email reminders will no longer be triggered by sessions that are down because bgp.tools automatically disabled them
  3. Small performance increases
  4. Users who use Signal and have changed their handset can now use the Signal feature again
  5. RIPE Atlas API requests now have a longer time out to handle times when the API is slow
  6. JPIRR is now processed as a IRR data source on bgp.tools
