How to get a Microsoft Teams webhook URL

If you want your bgp tools alerts to be automatically posted in your Microsoft Teams, you will need to configure a webhook URL for that room.

First open the room and look for the three dots at the top:

Then select Workflows (if this is not available for you, then you may need to talk to your teams administrator)

Then click “create workflows”:

Then search for “Send webhook alerts to a chat” and follow the steps onwards there to get the URL

To verify that the whole process has worked correctly bgp.tools will send a test notification that you should receive in the room once you add it.
